Refund policy

Rich Rapper (www.richrapper.com) Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to exchange items purchased on www.richrapper.com within 7 days of receipt in case, there is a manufacturing defect in the products. An unboxing video is mandatory & you will need to courier the product back to us. 

Replacement Policy

We offer a 3-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photos.

  • A parcel opening video is mandatory for all claims
  • Without a clear and uncut opening video,we will not be to process any exchanges or replacements.

Refunds

       * Refunds are only applicable if an incorrect product has been sent by us.

       * A parcel opening video must be provided as proof for any refund request.

Exchanges

*. Exchanges are allowed ,but the customer will be responsible for both way shipping charges of ₹150.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability

  • No replacement for size issues / personal preference (if applicable)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

We request you to use a reliable courier service for the same. Once your return is received by us, you will be provided a discount coupon of INR 100 as a reward for shipping costs per order/parcel. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Product Exchanges: We accept exchanges if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Size Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for size adjustments. Please verify your size before placing your order.
  • Returns & Cancellations: Returns and cancellations are not allowed. All sales are final. Only exchanges are permitted within the 7-day period for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

In case you choose to return the product.

We currently don't have any return policy for the correct item delivered. In case the product is damaged you can reach us via email - richrapperofficial@gmail.com. In case of incorrect/mis-match item delivered we will issue a 100% refund within 7 Days of receipt. We provide gift card (store credit) for future purchases, which is valid for 30 days. An expired gift card (store credit) cannot be used, and the funds from expired gift cards (store credit) will not be reimbursed or credited.

Note: Return won't be initiated for the gift card (store credit) orders, the product which is bought using a gift card cannot be returned.
